YOGA AT HOME!
Yoga is an ancient practice with well-established physical and mental health benefits. It improves posture, joint mobility and muscle tone, alleviates stress and fatigue (particularly while in self-isolation), improves focus and mental clarity, and aids in sleep.
Alex Yousefi, a PhD student and experienced yoga instructor, is running free weekly yoga sessions online! These evening sessions are an excellent way to unwind and work the stress out of your body, at the end of the day.
