Weekly Yoga Class with Alex

Yoga is an ancient practice with well-established physical and mental health benefits. It improves posture, joint mobility and muscle tone, alleviates stress and fatigue (particularly while in self-isolation), improves focus and mental clarity, and aids in sleep.

Alex Yousefi, a PhD student and experienced yoga instructor, is running free weekly yoga sessions, both on campus and online! These evening sessions are an excellent way to unwind and work the stress out of your body, at the end of the day.

These sessions will run in the UNSA building at Callaghan campus, between the Student Services building and Bar on the Hill. Places are limited to 15 and registration is essential, so jump in quick to book your spot!

Each session will also be live streamed and recorded through our Online Clubhouse, so you’re welcome to participate online! Click here to enter the Online Clubhouse. You don’t need to register if you’re attending online.
