Welcome to Stress Less Week! As the academic pressure mounts, we’re here to provide a haven for students to unwind and recharge. Throughout the week, we’re offering a range of activities designed to alleviate stress and promote well-being. Join us in embracing relaxation and fostering a supportive community as we navigate through the busiest times of the semester together.


MEDITATION MONDAYS (OURIMBAH)
Indulge in serenity at the UNSA Building at Ourimbah for “Meditation Monday”. With free chocolate and herbal tea for students, offering a peaceful escape from the demands of exam and assessment prep. Join us for calming music, low lighting, and a safe space to relax.
