UNSA 2021 Annual General Meeting

UNSA's first Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, August 12 at 12pm.

The AGM is a vital occasion for all of you as members to gather, hear and discuss important business related to the association. We will present to you our SSAF report and financial audit (performed by our external auditor, Nexia Australia and New Zealand) for the past year, and your elected Student Representative Council members will speak to you about their roles and goals for 2021.

Links to these documents and a full agenda for the meeting are below. If you have questions regarding the audit, please send these to us at unsa@newcastle.edu.au no later than Friday, July 30 at 5pm so we have time to forward them to the auditor, and receive their reply.

At just over a year old, UNSA is still a new association. And this is our very first AGM: there's never been a more important time to participate, learn more about our aims and raise items of concern, to ensure we provide the best support for you all moving forward.

This meeting will be held in the UNSA building at Callaghan campus, and streamed online simultaneously through Zoom. You can join through Zoom on the day using the following link:

Should we receive confirmation that an in-person meeting is no longer possible (due to COVID health and safety restrictions), the AGM will be held entirely through Zoom using the same link.
