The Newcastle University Bicycle Users’ Group (NUBUG) is a cycling advocacy group, which seeks to promote cycling for fun, camaraderie, sport and transport. We cooperate with other cycling and bike groups who share a mutual interest. By broadly representing people who ride to university, we aim to encourage The University of Newcastle and Government Authorities to provide more infrastructure to support cycling.
